A Buyer's Agent vs. A Seller's Agent
If you’re a home buyer working with the seller’s
estate agent, you should keep certain information to yourself.
Remember, the seller’s agent is duty-bound to "report
to their client (the home owner) anything that would be useful",
which definitely includes information such as the maximum
amount you’re willing to offer on a home, if the owner
doesn’t accept your first offer.
Although most seller’s agents will warn you about their
obligation to relay all information to the seller, you should
