Evaluating An Estate Agent
In selecting the right estate agent to work with, you should
ask them the following key questions:

Is the agent a member of the National Association of
Estate Agents and subscribes to its strict code of ethics

Is Estate agency their full-time career?

What estate agency qualifications does the agent hold?

Who is the agent representing-you or the seller? The
discussion is supposed to occur early on, at the "initial
interview" with you. The agent should discuss his
particular definitions of agency, so you'll know where
you stand.

In exchange for your commitment, how will the estate
agent help you accomplish your goals?

Will the agent show you homes that meet your requirements
and provide you with a list of the properties he or she
is showing you?
