What if I decide to sell the property?
Spencers Property Services also sell properties and offer
special discounts to existing clients.
If you decide to place your property on the market we are
legally obliged to give your tenant written notice of this.
If your property is sold and the purchaser requires vacant
possession the tenant must be given notice to vacate.
We can take care of all of this for you.
