Full Management

Accompanying of tenants on all viewing appointments (unless by special arrangement).

Supervising signing of the tenancy agreement.

Ensuring compliance with statutory safety legislation prior to tenant taking occupation.

Obtaining deposit from Tenant (minimum deposit is one months' rent)

Serving Section 21 Notice Requiring Possession when Tenant takes occupation*

Arranging for Tenant to sign standing order mandate.

Forwarding of rents received, less agreed deductions - to be paid directly into a designated account via our bank.

Sending of Rent statements.

Dealing with arrears (subject to terms and conditions)

Supervising signing of inventory and condition report by Tenant.

Property Visits.

Dealing with day-to-day repairs (subject to terms and conditions

Arranging periodic statutory safety checks as required

Final inspection when Tenant vacates

Advising Landlord of any breaches of the Tenancy Agreement as made aware.
