Supervising signing of inventory and condition report by
Tenant.
Property Visits.
Dealing with day-to-day repairs (subject to terms and conditions
Arranging periodic statutory safety checks as required
Final inspection when Tenant vacates
Advising Landlord of any breaches of the Tenancy Agreement
