Letting and Tenant Finding Service

The services provided are:-

  • Calculate rental value.

  • Market the property through advertising and local agents - plus consult our list of tenants.

  • Full inventory - condition of decorations etc.

  • Arrange and accompany Tenant to view property.

  • Obtain references from Tenant - Employer References, Bank References and Court Registrar in London (for bad debtor data)

  • Retain deposit from Tenants against dilapidation.

  • Retain one month in advance rent.

  • Draw up Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement - Notice Requiring
    Possession - Section 21 - Agreement.

  • Ensure signatures are obtained on Tenancy Agreement.

  • Organise insurance policy if required by Landlord (contents and building insurance).

  • Issue Landlord and Tenant pack with rental schedule.

  • Inform all utility services of change of tenancy (excluding telephone company).


This full service will cost £175.00 which is deducted from the first months rent in advance.
