Renting a property through Spencers Property Services.

Depending on the instructions of our client, the landlord
will either require Spencers Property Services employ the
services of an independent referencing company or obtain references
from your employer, bank or building society and, where applicable
a previous landlord.
If you are self-employed we may require a reference from
your accountant.
In certain circumstances a guarantor such as a parent, relative
or close friend may also be required.
