When will my deposit be returned?
A final inspection of the property should be carried out
when you vacate. Subject to there being no breaches of the
tenancy agreement e.g. damage to the property, furniture,
fixtures and fittings, rent arrears, outstanding bills, cleaning,
missing items etc, the deposit should be returned shortly
afterwards by either the landlord or Spencers Property Services,
depending who holds the deposit. This is confirmed in our
tenancy agreement.
