Before recommending you to our client as a suitable tenant we will require certain information for referencing purposes.
This will usually include:
The full name(s)of all adult tenant(s) and children proposing
to occupy the property
Contact telephone numbers.
Details of your previous agent or landlord and period
of tenancy (if applicable).
Current occupation, employer and period of employment
etc.
Miscellaneous details.
