Presenting your property.

Presentation does make a significant difference and can affect the price a buyer is prepared to pay. Many buyers are influenced and do pay more for a property that is well decorated has obviously been well maintained.

If you are considering "brightening up" your property before marketing, keep it plain, pastel and inoffensive. Make sure the property is clean, tidy (children permitting) and uncluttered. Clutter makes rooms appear smaller and can be off-putting.
