Terms of Business.

Prior to placing the property on the market we will provide you with our written terms of business. This "Marketing Agreement" will indicate whether you have instructed us on a sole or multiple agency basis, the specific time scale of the agreement, any notice period (if applicable), the rate of commission and under what circumstances that commission will be payable.
